WHAT WE DO FOR YOUR SAFETY 

Our members of staff have received training on how to prevent or respond to Covid-19 cases. 

Our members of staff have access to masks, gloves and specialized kits and we regularly 

monitor the health of our staff members. 

All our staff members wash their hands regularly to ensure they provide high standard and safe services. 

We abide by the Greek State guidelines, using authorized sanitizers, professional cleaning 

products and disinfectants. 

We keep records of all our staff members to better protect them as well as yourselves. Our staff members are knowledgeable on doctors, Covid test centers and pharmacies on the island and can provide you with important information. 

HOW YOU CAN HELP 

Sanitize your hands regularly, especially after touching high frequency touch points, such as door hands, bathrooms facilities, remote controls, surfaces. 

When sneezing or coughing, use a tissue or cover your mouth with your elbow. Discard the tissue immediately and wash your hands and face using soap. 

Follow social distancing rules when visiting communal spaces like restaurants, beaches, bars and cafes. Where applicable, wear masks and/or gloves. 

To avoid unnecessary encounters, our staff will only provide cleaning services when guests are outdoors, so please let us know about your cleaning schedule preferences. 

Respect physical distancing guidelines when meeting with members of our staff, such as the cleaning team. 

Familiarize yourself with virus symptoms, spread prevention measures and personal hygiene guidelines. In case you develop Covid-19 related symptoms, please inform our staff to ask for help and advice.
